2- Fill in all the required information

e. If you are a company: VAT number
f. Choose the way of payment. Credit Card or Bank Transfer

We will contact you with the ORDER CONFIRMATION showing delivery time.

3- You will be asked for the purchase confirmation after receiving your order.

4- After receiving your confirmation, we will proceed with payment according to the way you have chosen. If credit card, we will charge the order total amount. If bank transfer, we will ask you for arranging it in our favour, Manufacturas Alhambra, S.L.

5- If the chosen model is manufactured in Rio Rosewood (Dalbergia Nigra) – models Luthier Rio, José María Vilaplana Rio and Jaime Juliá- we will ask for the CITES Certificate. A period of time of 10 days is needed to get it. If the chosen guitar is not included in this range, please proceed to point 6. This Certificate does not mean an additional charge, because it is included in the instrument price.

6- We arrange the shipment of the instrument, which can be:
6.1- Through UPS service for European Community countries.
6.2- Through the transport company you choose when confirming your order.
6.3- Through the agreed transport company if you have previously asked for a freight quotation to ship the instrument to a foreign country (non EU).

7- You receive the instrument and sign the delivery note. This signature means your agreement, so it is necessary you inspect the instrument before signing the delivery note. This is VERY IMPORTANT because the insurance company always ask for the notification at the moment of delivery, just in case of incident during transport.
